Get a step closer to emulating Mac OS X on your PC. Download the fonts available in the Mac OS X operating system. The fonts package on OSX-e.com is the best I have come across. The archive contain the following true type fonts.
- AppleGaramond
- Aquabase
- LITHOGRL
- Lucida Grande
- Lucida Mac
- Lucon
Download the archive and extract it to C:\Windows provided you have Windows XP installed in your C: drive. You will need to be log off / reboot to use the fonts.
Extra Tip
View my blog as it is meant to be. Install the above fonts. The Mac OS X Font “Lucida Grande” included in the archive is nowadays the default font used in most blogs. Wildly popular WordPress theme K2 uses it. Even the theme used in this blog has its default font as Lucida Grande font.
Install the fonts and tell me if you notice any change in the appearance of my blog ?
